Proposal to Gem Lake, MN for General Legal Services <br />July 17, 2006 <br />Our fiini takes pride in its ethical standards and has been honored to have its <br />_ attorneys sit on the Second Judicial District Ethics Committee each of the last ten <br />} years. In the past 10 years, two ethics complaints have been lodged against attorneys <br />of Kelly & Fawcett. Both cases were resolved in favor of the attorney at the <br />administrative level with no findings of unethical conduct.
