CONTRACT FOR FIRE INSPECTION SERVICES <br />TA <br />AGREEMENT, made this 7'-day of -jam 1994,. <br />between the City of White Bear Lake, (hereinafter "City") and the C of Gem Lake <br />(hereinafter "Gem Lake") both municipal corporations situated in the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake is desirous of contracting with the <br />City of White Bear Lake for certain fire inspection services, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of White Bear Lake is agreeable to rendering such. <br />services on the terms and conditions hereinafter stated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. The City agrees to inspect all existing commercial properties within <br />the Gem Lake once per year. <br />2. The City agrees to review allplans of new construction proposed for <br />the Gem Lake for compliance with fire codes. <br />3. The City agrees to inspect all new building projects in the Gem Lake. <br />4. The City agrees to provide school fire education programs as <br />requested by the Gem Lake. <br />5. The City agrees, in case of a fire within the boundaries of Gem. Lake, <br />to investigate the cause and origin of the fire. <br />6. The City agrees to follow up on all fire code complaint issues as <br />requested by the Gem Lake. <br />7. The City agrees to provide a monthly report of all services provided <br />to the Gem Lake. <br />8. The annual charge for the services provided for herein shall be the <br />sum of TWENTY FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00) and <br />shall be paid in twelve (12) equal installments of TWO HUNDRED EIGHT AND <br />34/100 DOLLARS ($208.34) per month. <br />
