The Clerk then reported on notification of Local Cable TV Surcharg- <br />es to be added to customers bills, a copy of which has been retained in <br />the Clerk's files-, as a result of Federal legislation. <br />The Clerk then reported that he will advise Ramsey County by letter <br />of the City's approvalof.turnbacks under Option 1 with conditions set <br />forth previously by the Council.. A copy of Vadnais Heightsacceptance <br />of turnbacks coincidental to Gem. Lake' s has been retained in the Clerk's <br />County Turnback files. <br />The Clerk then advised that he and Mr. Arend have discussed the <br />State Fire Marshall's requirement for review of Sprinkler Plans and that <br />between our Fire Marshall and Mr. Arend, no State involvement is neces- <br />sary. The Clerk willaddress this issue with the: State Fire Marshall in <br />the form of alet:ter. Correspondence from and to the Fire Marshall will <br />be retained in the.
