CITY OF GEM LAKE RESOLUTION NO. 94--14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gem Lake wishes. to comply with the Truth In Taxation Laws of the State o.f Minnesota., anal WHEREAS, compliance with said laws requires a public hearing to be scheduled and held on said scheduled date to hear public comments on. proposed City budgets and property tax levies by the City, and WHEREAS, said levies shall truthfully reflect the city's projected revenue needs for fiscal year 1995 in accordance with the: City's 1995 budget, and WHEREAS; the City Council of the City of Gem Lake did convene a Truth - In -Taxation Public Hearing ❑n OS December 1994 at 70.0 pm in the first floor meeting room of Tousley Ford located at 1493 County Road E East in the City of Gem Lake to hear public comment on the City's proposed 1995 budget arid property tax levy, said meeting having been duly published, and WHEREAS, the: City Council of the .City of Gem Lake did. Convene at it.'8. regularly scheduled meeting. on 08 December 1994 to discuss said budget and levies and to review public comment. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby empower the City Clerk to establish a final 1995 City Budget of one -hundred seven thousand five --hundred fifteen ($.107,5.15) dollars and a 1995 Tax Levy of ninety-three thousand ten ($93,.010) dollars which includes anticipated HACA from the State of MN of nine -- thousand ten ($ 9 010 } dollars, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said amount be reported to the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation and. Records, Revenue Division Tax Accounting Department and the MN Department of Revenue Local Government. Servic.e.s Division for purposes of public record. DATED: 08 December 1994.
