MINUTES OF CANVASS BOARD
08 NOVEMBER 2004
The Election Canvass Board of the City of Gem Lake was convened by Mayor Emeott on Monday. 08 November
2004, at 7;.00 PM in the first floor meeting room .of`l'ousley Ford. Mayor Emeott, Council members Birkebak, Bosak,
Igo and Watson; and Clerk Magnuson were present, Also: present were Planning Commissioners Hoeschier.and Lindner,
.Gretchen and Dale SwoinIey, Jim McNulty, Rick Rosow as attorney for Mr. McNulty, and Brian I•Iaijes .of Mr.
M cN u lty' s design team.
The results of the:.General Election held on 'Tuesday; 02 November 2004, were presented by Magntison.and are
attached hereto; Motion by Watson and Second by Igo to accept and certify the results of the General .Election as
presented were unanimously approved.
There being no #iurthcr business. Motion by 13irkebak, Second by Bosak to adjourn at 7:06 PM was unanimously
approved.
