CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER, 2005 <br />A duly. ordered and noticed Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Gem Lake was called to order. by <br />Mayor l:ineott. on. Monday, 19 December 2005,.at .703 PM in the first floor meeting room .of Tousley Ford.. Mayor <br />Emeott, Councilors Bosak, Schilling, Watson and Rasmussen and Clerk. Magnuson were present. <br />Mayor Emeott opened by thanking ail present for attending the public: hearing. Clerk Magnuson advised that the <br />Public Hearing had been duly noticed in the 14 Decerriber2005 edition of the White Bear Press. <br />As no one but the City Council was present For the hearing, Mayor Emeott asked ifany of the members ofthe City <br />Council had any comments. Mr. Schilling asked if the dollar amounts published were representative of the three (3.0%) <br />percentagreed upon in August, 2005. Clerk Magnuson responded in the affirmative. <br />There being :no::further comment,.
