Gem Lake <br />City Hall meeting room. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Bob Uzpen, Council members <br />Gretchen Artig-Swomley, and Jim Lindner. Council members absent were Chuck <br />Watson, and Tom Rasmussen. Other members of the public were also in <br />attendance per the sign in sheet sent around the room. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MEETING MINUTES <br />City Council Agenda: Mayor Uzpen called for additions, deletions and <br />corrections to the agenda. No corrections or additions were added. Upon <br />motion by Artig-Swomley, and seconded by Lindner, the agenda was approved <br />for July 21, 2009. <br />City Council Meeting Minutes of June 16, 2009: Upon motion by Artig- <br />Swomley, seconded by Lindner, June City Council minutes are approved with <br />corrections made. Ayes -- 3, Nays 0. <br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of May 5tt, and May 12th Special <br />Meeting and June 2nd, 2009: The Planning Commission meeting minutes from <br />May 5, 2009 were not accepted. The corrected minutes will be presented at the <br />August 18, 2009 City Council meeting. <br />The Special .Planning Commission meeting: minutes on May 12., .2009 were <br />presented. Upon motion by Lindner .and seconded by Artig-.Swoniley, the <br />minutes are approved. Ayes — 3, Nays — 0. <br />The. June 2nd Planning Comrrtission meeting minutes were .presented to the <br />Council. Upon motion by Lindner.and seconded by. Artig-Swomley, the June 2nd <br />minutes are approved.
