A RESOLUTION APPOINTING .INDIVIDUALS AND FIRS-. To PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE; R.AMSEY-COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the`individual identified has agreed to serve in the appointed position
identified, for the period May2011 to 31 December2014 or until replaced by another in
an updated resolution.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed byCbuncil
member Artig-Swomley-and was duty.seconded by Council member. Lindner and upon
vote being taken thereon, the resolution vote was votes in favor of the resolution and
against. The motion ,
