The following members were. present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Member Artig-Swomley, Council. Member Lindner and Council Member Bosak. Council Member Rasmussen was absent. RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE INSPECTION CHARGES (AUDITOR NO. 37110002). TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNES.OTA- 1.. That pursuant to Section. 5,3.1;.of Ordinance No. 77, the Clerk; is.hereby authorized and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the. delinquent fire inspections on the following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: PROPERTY ID NO. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
