A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE. FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF GEM'
LAKE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2011.
WHEREAS, Tie City of Gem Lake maintains a fee: schedule for services provided,
WHEREAS, The City. of Gem Lakes 2011 fee;schedule will:°expire on 12/31l2011.,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Zoning Compliance Permit fee %will be $100.00-per.hour
with a mininitun fee: of $10.0.00 to become affective I'M0/201 I,
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the -Decembef 2*- 2011 regular
City Council Meeting for the. City of Gem. Lake;. Ramsey County Minnesota, made by
Councif Member Artig-Swom[ley and seconded by Council Member Irindnez
