<br />Meeting Minutes
<br />
<br />Mayor Uzpen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmembers Cacioppo, Kuny and Lindner were
<br />present. Councilmember Artig-Swomley was absent (excused). Others in attendance: Steve Rowan, Greg
<br />Smith, Hillary Farm HOA representative.
<br />
<br />October 16, 2018, Agenda
<br />A special city council meeting was added to the agenda for approval for Thursday, November 15, 2018,
<br />to canvass the election results. A motion was made by Councilmember Cacioppo, seconded by
<br />Councilmember Lindner to approve the agenda with additional of a special meeting on Thursday,
<br />November 15, 2018, motion passed. Agenda approved.

<br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cacioppo, seconded by Councilmember Lindner to approve the
<br />October 16, 2018, city council minutes. Motion passes, minutes approved.

<br />New Business
<br />
<br />Resolution 2018-31 – 2018/2019 Snow Plowing Contract with T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc.
<br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve
<br />Resolution 2018-31. Motion passes, resolution approved.
<br />
<br />Resolution 2018-32 2019 Score Grant From Ramsey County
<br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve
<br />Resolution 2018-32, Motion passes, resolution approved.

<br />Special Meeting – Canvas Election Results – Thursday, November 15, 2018
<br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cacioppo, seconded by Councilmember Lindner to hold a special
<br />city council meeting on Thursday, November 15, 2018, 7:00 p.m. A voice vote was taken, all yes, motion
<br />passed.

<br />3 Hillary Farm Lane – Conditional Use Permit
<br />Council discussed the conditional use permit for an accessory building to the old Bemis Barn/Sales office
<br />for Hillary Farms which has been replotted to be included on 3 Hillary Farm Lane. Discussed HOA
<br />requirements, no accessory structures permitted, resident has to apply for a variance, which was done
<br />and approved. Future use of the accessory structure will be for horses, accessory structure will not have
<br />water or sewer, only electric. Councilmember Lindner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember
<br />Cacioppo. Voice vote taken, Cacioppo, Lindner and Kuny, yea, Uzpen, no. Motion passes. Conditional
<br />Use Permit approved.

<br />Being there no further business, following a motion from Councilmember Lindner, seconded by
<br />Councilmember Cacioppo, the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
