City of Gem Lake City Council Meeting minutes, October 18, 2016 Page 1 <br /> <br />City of Gem Lake <br /> City Council Meeting – October 18, 2016 <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Uzpen called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. Councilmembers Artig-Swomley, Bosak, Kuny and <br />Lindner were present. Others in attendance: Justin Gese, S.E.H., Isaac Nelson and Anthony <br />Scornavacco. <br /> <br />October 18, 2016, Agenda <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve <br />the agenda for October 18, 2016, motion passed. Agenda approved. <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Councilmember Bosak made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve the <br />minutes for September 20, 2016, motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> <br />Committee Reports <br />None. <br /> <br />Old Business <br />Newsletter ideas – election results, 2017 budget, MS4, Lundy secret garden wedding photos and story, <br />CERT program, food shelf donation bin at city hall. <br /> <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />Approval of Ordinance 67D revised SSTS System <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />Ordinance 67D with formatting corrections and adding a table of contents. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Resolution 2016-13 Snow Plowing <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />Resolution 2016-13 with the correction of the period of October 2016 through September 2017, motion <br />passed. Resolution approved. <br /> <br />Resolution 2016-12 Resolution certifying delinquent sewer bills <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve <br />Resolution 2016-12 certifying delinquent sewer bills. Motion passed. Resolution approved. <br /> <br />Resolution 2016-14 White Bear Lake Food Shelf <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Bosak, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />Resolution 2016-14, White Bear Lake Food Shelf donation. Motion passed. Resolution approved. <br /> <br />2016 Scornavacco/Garrett Deer Hunt <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Bosak, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />the Scornavacco/Garrett Deer Hunt on October 28, 29, 30, November 18, 19, 20 and December 2, 3, 4,
