A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS FOR
THE. CITY OF GEM LAKE
WHEREAS, the 2009 General Fund Budget included some operating transfers; and
WHEREAS,.the 2Q09 General Fund is -projecting a balance in -excess of what is required to
maintain a sufficient fund balahce4,
NOW -,.THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City ofoern.Lake
approves the following transfer of funds:
