Councifor Artig-Swomley introduced the following Resolution and moved its. adoption:
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING. DELINQUENT'SEWER CHARGES
(AUDITOR NO..37100001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL -OF GEM LAKE, MINiNESOTA-
!:. That pursuant to Section 4.13.2, of'Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk., is, hereby'authorized
and directed to.certify.to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquentseWeroliarges on the
