MADE BY THE CITY OF Gem Lake

WHEREAS, the City of _Gem Lake is.a member of the Vadnais Lake Area
Water Management Organization (VLAW.M0.) Joint Powers Agreement. (JPA) to provide water management as
required under MN Statute Chapters 1.013 and 103D,.and
WHEREAS, all affected JPA municipalities Piave. bee n consulted in the bourid ary change process and have
approved the new boundaries between adjoining watersheds,:and
WHEREAS, the attached map and legal description of. VLAWMD have been developed to reflect the updated
boundaries of this watershed,
THE REFORE.BE IT RESOLVED that a I I VLAW MD JPA municipalities do. hereby amend the.. Joint Powers Agreement
With the.:following Amendment together with the. attached updated legal description and map of the.VLAWMO
watershed area.
