A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FIRMS TO PERFORM. THE FUNCTIONS.
NECESSARY FOR THE: CITY OF GEM LAKE TQ PERFORM ITS NECESSARY
FUNCTIONS
WHEREAS, Waste Management has an. annual contract with the City of Gem Lake to
collect thereeyclable trash from the citizens and,
WHEREAS;. The contract with Waste Management expires the. end of the year and,
WHEREAS:; The Waste Management has presented the city with a new contract effective
1-1-2.010 and,
WHEREAS, The new contract has two -options for the council -to -choose. from and,
BEJT RESOLVED, that The City Council of Gem Lake accepts option.2 within the
contract with Waste Mana$errierit
WHEREUPON,. the above resolution was. adopted.at the November 17, 2009 regular City
Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council
Member and seconded by Council Member
