A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LLIVYINGOF-Itt PROPERTY OWNERS
ON SCHEUNEMAN ROAD IN THE. MY OF GEM.L.AO, RAMSEY: COUNTY,
MINNESOTA PER THEATTACHED.
WHEREAS, 700 feet of road surface was replaced in the business district of Scheuneman.
Road. and,
WHEREAS, SEH managed-the,prgjeet for -the city and,
WHEREAS, SEH prepared a schedule of expenses, land owners and rand footage -per
land owner -and,
BE IT RESOLVED, that The. City Council of Gem Lake acceptsthe*SEH.schedule and
levies-twh property owner their portion. of the expenses to be paid back:in. one lump
payment to'the city or over' years of equal payments at an interest.rate of %
starting.iri 2010.
WHEREUPON;. the above -r'esblution -was adopted at the November I7, 2009 regular City
Council Meefaug .for. the.. City. of Gem Lake, Ramsey. County Minnesota, made by Council
.Member aad seconded by Council Member.
