CITY OF GEM LAKE, .MN <br />Resolution No. 2009-24 <br />December 15, 2009 <br />Weei t. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake, in prior years, approved lawful gambling by charitable <br />non- profit organizations within the city, and <br />WHEREAS, all lawful gambling for such organizations within the city limits of the City of <br />Gem Lake is subject to all laws and ordinance of the State of Minnesota, the County of <br />Ramsey,. and the City of Gem Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council .of the City of Gem Lake reserves the right to suspend or <br />revoke the gambling license or gambling exemption of any organization upon review <br />and due process <br />NOW THEREFORE 8E IT RE$OLVED, that the City Council of the.
