December 15, 2009,
WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills LLC has applied for renewal of their On -Sale, and Special
Sunday On -Sale Liquor Licenses for the period 1/1/09 thru 1/1/10, and,
WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in prior years .in the city of Gem
Lake, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has operated. the establishment without. incident during 2008,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED., that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey
County, Minnesota hereby approves renewal of the On -Sale. Liquor License and the
Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the period 01. January 2009 thru. 01 January
2010
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member and was
supported by Council Member and was: declared adopted based
upon:the following vote.
