A RESOLUTION -APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
F!- NCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE. GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the individuals, municipalities and. or companies identified have .-agreed to
serve in the appointed positions identified for the period 01 January: 019-to.- 1 December
2019 or until replaced by another in -An updated resolution.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by Councilmember
Artig-Swomley and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo and upon vote
being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 5 votes in favor of the
resolution and 0 against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Gem Lake, on January 15th, 2019.
