City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2019-003 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WHITE BEAR LAKE FOOD BANK <br />6TOR0W049611 imiata all) 01a414Ze17A&I <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds <br />from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities, <br />WHEREAS, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to White Bear Lake Food Shelf <br />the amount of $1500.00 for the City of Gem Lake's contribution for the year to be used <br />for the children's summer food program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the above resolution was adopted at the <br />January 15"' regular City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County <br />Minnesota, made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember <br />Cacioppo. . <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true <br />and accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake <br />on the date first written. <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk <br />ate <br />
