A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A
PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WHITE BEAR LAKE FOOD BANK
FOR THE CHILDRENS SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds
from the Country Lounge,
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to White
Bear Lake Food Shelf the amount of $2500.00 for the City of Gem Lakes contribution for
the year to be used for the children's summer food program.
WHEREAS, the above resolution was adopted at the June 18'h regular City Council
Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, with a motion made by
Councilmember Lindner and seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo.

accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on
