NO. 2019-009 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON October 15, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake. Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road. on October 15, 2019, at 7.00 <br />o clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Artig-Swomley, Cacioppo, Kuny, <br />Lindner and Mayor Uzpen. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEPTIC INSPECTION CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37130001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
