NO. 2019-010 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON October 15, 2019. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Artig-Swomley, Cacioppo, Kuny and <br />Lindner and Mayor Uzpen. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37130001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 4.13.2, of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO. AMOUNT <br />27-30-22-42-0025 $5768.00 <br />Total Delinquent Charges $5768.00 <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by council member <br />Artig-Swomley and seconded by council member Lindner, and upon vote being taken the resolution <br />passed. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 15th day of October, 2019, with the original <br />on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Sewer Charges. <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the City Clerk's seal this 151h day of October, 2019. <br />IPA -- <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk, City of Gem Lake, Minnesota <br />
