CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, MN 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2019-11 <br />17 DECEMBER 2019 <br />RESOLUTION REDUCING TAX LEVY <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />SECTION 475.61 <br />WHEREAS, there is on hand for General Obligation Bonds, the sum of <br />$1,1250 which is in excess of current requirements for payment of principal and <br />interest of said bonds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the Ramsey County Auditor be instructed to reduce the levy <br />for the year 2019 for collection in the year 2020 previously certified in <br />accordance with provisions of Section 475.61, Subd. 3 of Minnesota Statutes, as <br />follows: <br />ISSUED PROPOSED REDUCTION AMOUNT <br />LEVY LEVIED <br />GO REFUNDING 2015A $ 76,917.75 $ 0.00 $ 76,917.75 <br />GO IMPROVEMENT 2018A $ 4,917.32 $ 1,125.00 $ 3,792.32 <br />TOTAL $ 81,835.07 $ 1,125.00 $ 80,710.07 <br />2.
