Resolution No. 2012 — 05
A RESOLUTION CHARGING A YEARLY FEE FOR KEEPING CHICKENS OR
OTHER FOWL IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the fee for Chickens or other Fowl shall be, for the first three
chickens or other fowl $25.00 with a $15.00 annual renewal. For more than three
chickens or other fowl the fee shall be $50.00 with a $15.00 annual fee.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the April 17th regular City Council
Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council
Member xxxxx and seconded by Council Member xxxxx.
