CITY OF OEM LAKE, MN <br />4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, Minnesota 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2012-06 <br />21 AUGUST 2012 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY <br />PROPERTY TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 2013 <br />WHEREA9,4he City Treasurer has presented a (Proposed) General Fund Budget of $3-68,994.00 <br />which,iricludes.a (Proposed) General Tax Levy of$3X2,99&:Q0 and a Debt Tax Levy of $52,900.00 <br />for -Ascal and calendar year 2013 based upon best estimates of costs for running the City of Gera <br />Lake in 20'l3; and <br />WHEREAS, these estunates..were reviewed.by the City Council on 2) August, 2012 and amended <br />.based upon best information.received from outside contractors and input f 6ui the City Council, and <br />:revised by the City Council on 21 August,.2012; and <br />WHEREAS, the City. Countil did review the (Proposed) Budget and Tax .Debt.for 2013, including <br />all revisions thereto as of th6-date first written. <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does <br />formally adopt th& 2013 Preliminary General Fund Budget of S3.6%9.94.00 whiehineludes a <br />Preliminary General Tax Levy of $312;996,00.and:a.Preliminacy Debt Levy of $52,0.00.00 for 2013 <br />as prepared. by the* City Treasurer and amended by the 'City.
