EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE,.MINNESOTA
HELD ON.00TOBER 16, 201.2
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; the Regular Meeting of the.City Council of the City of Gem
Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 1.6, 201.2, at.700 O'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Member Artig-Swoinley, Council
Member Lindner and Council Member Bosak. Council Member Rasmussen was absent.
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEPTIC INSPECTION CHARGES
(AUDITOR NO. 37120003) TO COUNTY AUDITOR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA:
1. That pursuant to Section 7,4.1, of Ordinance. No. 67B, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and
directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent septic charges on the
following described parcels of real estate in the Town of White Bear:

I The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was introduced by council member. Bosak
and seconded by council member Lindner, and upon vote -being taken the resolution passed Ayes 4,
Nays 0.
Whereupon said Resolution was. declared duly passed and. adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota,
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of
the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 16th day of October, 2012, with the original
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Septic Charges.
