NO. 2012-10 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA HELD ON OCTOBER 16TH, 2012 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 16th, 2012, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Member Artig-Swomley, Council Member Lindner and Council Member Bosak. Council Member Rasmussen was absent. RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE INSPECTION CHARGES (AUDITOR NO. 37120002) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: 1. That pursuant to Section 5.3.1, of Ordinance No. 77, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent fire inspections on the following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: PROPERTY ID NO. AMOUNT 27.30.22.43.0017 211.00 34.30.22.12.0016 97.00 $ 308.00 The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was introduced by council member Artig- Swomley and seconded by council member Lindner, and upon vote being taken the resolution passed Ayes 4, Nays 0. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF GEM LAKE I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 18th day of September, 2012, with the original on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Fire Inspection Charges.
