A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the company identified has agreed to serve in the appointed position
identified for the period October 2012 through September 2013.

The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Rasmussen and was seconded
by Council Member Artig-Swomley and was declared adopted upon the following vote:
