CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY,.MINNESOTA..

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by Councilmember
Lindner and was duly seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and upon vote being
taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 4 votes in favor of the resolution and
0 against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Gem Lake, on January 15th, 2018.
