RESOLUTION NO.2018 - 02
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDER THE
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake ACCEPTS AND APPROVES the Water Feasibility
Study and orders the improvements to the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilmember Lindner and
was seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and was declared adopted based upon the following
vote:
