City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No.2018 — 03 <br />March 20, 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE BELOW NAMED INDIVIDUAL TO <br />PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, the individual identified has agreed to serve in the appointed position <br />identified for the period 01 March 2018 to 31 December 2018 or until replaced by <br />another in an updated resolution. <br />Appointed City Official to represent the City. <br />City Clerk: Tori Leonhardt <br />WHEREAS, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by <br />Councilmember Lindner and was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuny and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 3 votes in favor of the resolution <br />and 0 against. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, on March 7, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tori 1e1 aMt, City Clerk Date <br />
