City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No.2018 — 04 <br />March 20, 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INTERIM CITY COUNCILMEMBER TO THE <br />GEM LAKE CITY COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, the individual listed below was recommended by city councilmembers to <br />serve until December 31, 2018, or until replaced by the November 2018, elections. <br />WHEREAS, the above resolution was adopted at the March 7, 2018 Special City Council <br />Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Councilmember <br />Lindner and seconded by Councilmember Kuny. <br />Councilmember Leonard Cacioppo <br />WHEREAS, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by <br />Councilmember Lindner and was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuny and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 3 votes in favor of the resolution <br />and 0 against. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, on March 7, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tori Leo rdt, City Clerk Date <br />
