CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MN <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 —11 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER <br />SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF VADNAIS HEIGHTS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake has to purchase city water and sewer services, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake staff approached the City of Vadnais Heights with a <br />service agreement to purchase city water and city sewer services, <br />WHEREAS, the service agreement was approved by the City Council at the regular City <br />Council Meeting April 17, 2018 with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 opposed, <br />NOW.
