RESOLUTION NO. 2018 —11
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER
SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF VADNAIS HEIGHTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake has to purchase city water and sewer services,
WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake staff approached the City of Vadnais Heights with a
service agreement to purchase city water and city sewer services,
WHEREAS, the service agreement was approved by the City Council at the regular City
Council Meeting April 17, 2018 with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 opposed,
NOW. THEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above resolution was adopted at the April
17, 2018 regular City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County
Minnesota, made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember
Lindner,
