RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - 13
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake was approached by Landmark Development to
develop 18 acres of land west of Daniels Farm Road,
WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake staff worked with the Developers staff to create plans
that will be in compliant with city ordinances,
WHEREAS, that the Landmark Developments Final Plat and Mylar has been approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the above resolution was adopted at the May
15, 2018 regular City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County
Minnesota, made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember
Cacioppo. With a vote of 5 in favor and 0 against.
