A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LAND .USE ORDINANCE NUMBER 131.;
WHEREAS; The City. of Gem- Lake Land*V.se:Ordinance has all of the rules for the land.
use in the.City bf Gem Lake;
WHEREAS, The City of Gent Lake needs to update the ordinance from thine to time,
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED, that The Gateway section of the ordinance be
amended. to..reflect -changes to section 0.6.5.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED,-that:the
above resolution was adopted at the June 19'h regular City Council Meeting for the City
of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council Member Artig-Swomjey and
seconded by Council Member Lindner.
