Resolution No. 2018 —26
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TREE POLICY FOR CITIES RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake does not have a Tree Policy for the right of way for
their City Streets;
WHEREAS, that the September, 2018, city council meeting will approve such policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above resolution was adopted at the
September 18th Gem Lake meeting of Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council
Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo with a vote of 4
yes and 0 no (Councilmember Lindner was absent — excused).
