A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HONEY BEAR MEADERY, 1595 COUNTY
ROAD E.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake received an application from Josh Eckton to open a
Meadery called Honey Bear at 1595 East County Road E;
WHEREAS, that this is conditionally approved subject to:
• All items on the CUP are completed satisfactory and
• the parking plan is presented and approved by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above resolution was adopted at the
September 18th Gem Lake meeting of Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council
Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo with a vote of 4
yes and 0 no (Councilmember Lindner absent — excused).
