City of Gem Lake <br />4200 Otter Lake Rd <br />Resolution No. 2018 —29 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING an Official city speed limit on city streets; <br />WHEREAS, there is no official speed limit designated for the city streets within the City <br />of Gem Lake; <br />WHEREAS, the local road authority as stated in Minnesota Statutes 160.02, Sub. 25, <br />designates the City as the local road authority within Gem Lake; <br />WHEREAS, the local road authority is authorized to designate an official speed limit for <br />their streets; <br />WHEREAS, those names streets within the City of Gem Lake are: Big Fox Road, Little <br />Fox Lane, Tessier, Haven and Scheuneman (residential area) have no current official <br />speed limit; <br />WHEREAS, that the October 16, 2018; city council meeting will approve such request; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the above resolution was adopted at the <br />October 16`h Gem Lake meeting of Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Kuny.
