A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THR.FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET
AND'FINAL AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY.PROPERTY TAXATION
FOR THE YEAR 2019
WHEREAS,.the City Treasurer has presented a TOTAL (Fraposed) Budget of
$464,873.00 which includes:a General`Tam.Levy of$385 088.0.0 and a. Debt Tax Levy of
:$78x6,01.00* for fiscal .and.calendar year 20'1 based.upon best estimates of costs for
-rennin$ the City. of Gem Lake in 2019,-4rid
WHEREAS, the City -Council did -review, on Noveinber.20,.2018, the -TOTAL Budget
and Tax Levy for 2019 including all revisions thereto as of the date first written.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; that the City CoQpdi.1 of the. City of Gem
Lake does formally adopt the 2019 Final General Fund Budget�'of.$464,873,00 and the
Final Property► Tax Levy of $463,689.00 which includes a General Tax Levy of
$385,088.00 and a Debt Levy of $78,60.1,A0 for 20:19 as prepared by the: City. Treasurer
and amended by the. City Council;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is charged with Certifying sold -Tax
-and Debt Levy to Ramsey County Property Taxation and other government bodies,for.
whom this information is. required..
