Resolution No. 2018-36
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE AN
ON -SALE AND SUNRAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GEM LAKE HILLS LLC
(GEM LAKE GOLF COURSE), 4039 SCHEUNEMAN ROAD, GEM LAKE,
MINNESOTA FOR 2019.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to
issue liquor licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their
municipality;
WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills, LLC, (Gem Lake Golf Course), 4039 Scheuneman
Road Gem Lake, has met all the requirements set forth with the City of Gem
Lake and the State of Minnesota for a on sale and Sunday liquor license for 2019,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake
approves the on sale and Sunday liquor license for Gem Lake Golf Course, 4039
Scheuneman Road, Gem Lake for 2019.
The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by
Council Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo, and upon
vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 3 in favor and 0
against.
