City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2018 - 38 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MS4 REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2018 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake created the MS4 report for the year 2018 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Gem Lake approves the report <br />and authorizes the report to be submitted. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the December 18th regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo with a vote of 3 yes, 0 no. <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true <br />and accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake <br />on the date first written. <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk <br />Date <br />
