Resolution No. 2025-010
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE 2026-
2030 RAMSEY COUNTY GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM USERS GROUP
(RCGISUG).
WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake desires to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with the
Ramsey County Geographic Information System Users Group (RCGISUG) to use the
Geographic Information System (GIS) and data created and maintained by Ramsey County.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Gem Lake, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve a Joint Powers Agreement for the 2026-2030
Ramsey County Geographic Information System Users Group (RCGISUG).
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember
Lindner and supported by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 against.
