City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2023-0031 <br />December 19, 2023 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE AN OFF- <br />SALE, ON-SALE, OPTIONAL 2 A.M. AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE <br />COUNTRY LOUNGE, 3590 HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR <br />2024. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to issue liquor <br />licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their municipality; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Country Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake, has met all the <br />requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lane and the State of Minnesota for an off-sale, on- <br />sale, optional 2 a.m. and Sunday Liquor License for 2024. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake approves the off- <br />sale, on-sale, optional 2 a.m. and Sunday Liquor License for The Country Lounge, 3590 <br />Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake for 2024. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember <br />Lindner and supported by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Melissa Lawrence, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date <br />first written. <br /> <br /> Melissa Lawrence December 19, 2023 <br />Melissa Lawrence, Acting City Clerk Date <br /> <br />
