City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2022-0028 <br />November 15, 2022 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE AN ON- <br />SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GEM LAKE HILLS, LLC (GEM LAKE <br />GOLF COURSE), 4039 SCHEUNEMAN ROAD, GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR 2023. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to issue liquor <br />licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their municipality; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills, LLC, (Gem Lake Golf Course), 4039 Scheuneman Road Gem <br />Lake, has met all the requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lane and the State of <br />Minnesota for an on-sale and Sunday Liquor License for 2023. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake approves the on- <br />sale and Sunday Liquor License for Gem Lake Golf Course, 4039 Scheuneman Road, Gem Lake <br />for 2023. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember <br />Lindner and supported by Councilmember Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />resolution passed with a vote of 3 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Melissa Lawrence, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date <br />first written. <br /> <br /> Melissa Lawrence November 15, 2022 <br />Melissa Lawrence, Acting City Clerk Date <br />
