A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE 2022 FEE SCHEDULE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, by the City of Gem Lake City Council, that said fee schedule was approved and adopted for the 2022
calendar year on January 18, 2022.
WHEREAS, for consistency purposes the City has determined that it is in its best interest to make the fee schedule
into an official ordinance that would be the subject of an annual public hearing.
WHEREAS, fees shall be hereby established. In the event of a conflict between this schedule and the City Code the
fee schedule shall prevail. An application or code provision may require payment of fees for consultation with
experts, professionals, or other qualified persons or for other matters which may result in the imposition of a fee
greater than listed in this fee schedule.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the adopted fee schedule is as follows: (See Attachment)
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and seconded
by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and
0 against.
