City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2022-005 <br />March 15, 2022 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING THE PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES FOR GEM <br />LAKE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute section 204B.14, subd. 3 (d) requires that precinct boundaries must be <br />reestablished within 60 days of when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 weeks before the <br />state primary election, whichever comes first; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota hereby reestablishes the boundaries of the voting precincts and polling places <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Precinct 1 (Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, Gem Lake, MN 55110) <br />That part of the City lying north easterly of Otter Lake Road <br /> <br />Attached to this Resolution, for illustrative purposes, is a map showing said precincts and the location of <br />each polling place. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilmember Lindner and was <br />supported by Councilmember Amlee and upon vote being taken thereon, the Resolution passed with a <br />vote of 3 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />I, Melissa Lawrence, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk for the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true accurate representation of <br />action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Melissa Lawrence <br /> <br />March 15, 2022 <br />MELISSA LAWRENCE, Acting City Clerk Date <br />
