ORDINANCE NO. 135
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO AND ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES TO BE PAID IN THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
The City Council of the City of Gem Lake hereby adopts the following fee schedule to the Gem Lake City
Ordinances:
Section 1. The fees established in this Ordinance superseded all fees established by Ordinance, Resolution, or policy
prior to this Ordinance.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

December 17, 2024, the 2025 Fee Schedule changes were approved by Councilmember Lindner and seconded by
Councilmember Johnson, to be effective January 1, 2025.
